The Service is available globally, subject to any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
Free plan: You may use the Service for up to 3 decisions per month at no charge. Usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month. An email address is required to access your free decisions. Free tier usage is tracked via your email address and browser localStorage.
Paid plans: Paid subscriptions are available as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The applicable price for your region is displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment statement may reflect Dodo Payments or its affiliates. By subscribing, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal — the link is included in your payment confirmation email from Dodo Payments. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access until that date.
By completing your subscription, you expressly agree that access to the paid digital service begins immediately. As a result, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection laws.
All subscription payments are therefore non-refundable once access has been granted. Because Instant Klarity offers a free tier allowing you to experience the service before paying, we do not offer refunds on subscription charges. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing in the future. Any changes will not affect your current billing period and will be communicated in advance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS OF THE OUTPUT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTANT KLARITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON OUTPUT FROM THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be subject to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period. If unresolved after that period, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
